HOW TO USE
Shake before use. Once the hair has been sanitized with the Apse Cosmetics line of your choice, with the strands still wet, divide the hair into strands. Apply the product to the strands from top to bottom until completely absorbed. It can be used alone or in conjunction with our other finishers. Choose between diffuser or natural drying.
Can also be used on dry hair to revitalize curls the day after.
