Styling effect defining cream

With clean, damp hair, apply the defining cream strand by strand, evenly over the lengths and ends. Detangle the hair with a comb and scrunch from ends to roots. The ideal application will depend on the amount of product and the length of the hair. DO NOT RINSE.
